Bright Spots is a collection of new paintings by Lauren Blair, and the first exhibition at her shop and pop up gallery, Good Bug Studio. The work features bright, colorful depictions of natural wonders real and imagined - vignettes that inspired hope and optimism throughout our collectively challenging past four years.

Lauren is a painter, muralist, tattoo artist, and amateur naturalist. She opened Good Bug Studio in the Alberta Arts District as a private tattoo studio, a place to host guest tattoo artists, and an occasional exhibition space for herself and other local artists. This new body of work and first ever opening at Good Bug was generously supported by the Regional Arts & Culture Council.
